Russ Martin
Founder & Technology Lead
I wrote my first software program when I was ten years old. Over time, I developed an appreciation for the real-world problems technology could solve. This pragmatic approach has been a guiding force in my 20+ year technology career. I have technology experience in roles ranging from development team member to hiring manager. Thus, I understand what makes a project successful.
I hold an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. I concentrated my studies on strategic management, managerial and organizational behavior, and entrepreneurship. I am also the creator of Strategy Mountain, a tool for communicating strategy. My previous project, Solo Founders Unite, focused on supporting fellow entrepreneurs. My work was featured in the Chicago Tribune and Built in Chicago.
I have industry experience in investment management, pharmaceuticals, banking, and manufacturing. I have worked with and advised several startups. Beyond technology, I maintain a keen interest in entrepreneurship and strategic management.
